The title of this series is a play on two Spanish words: travesía which means a difficult crossing or trip, and the word travesti, meaning transvestite.​​

It talks about survival, to the elements and one's self.

It's the precarious survival of a reconstructed protagonist, at once strong and on the verge of falling apart.

This protagonist is always a transvestite, and sometimes a hybrid, in worlds that are simultaneously recognizable and strange, in an imperfectly perfect way, and vice versa.  Worlds where masculine and feminine codes intertwine on various levels in beings, objects and ideas, where inseparable and ephemeral unions are formed between what is natural and artificial.

El título de esta serie es un juego de palabras con travesía y travesti.  

Hablo principalmente sobre la supervivencia, a los elementos y a si mismx.  

La supervivencia precaria de una protagonista reconstruida, a la vez fuerte y a punto de deshacerse.  

La protagonista es travesti, hasta híbrida, en mundos a la vez reconocibles y extraños, de forma imperfectamente perfecta, o viceversa, donde lo masculino y lo femenino se mezclan a varios niveles en seres, objetos e ideas, donde lo natural y lo artificial forman uniones inseparables o efímeras.
